2025 HIGHLIGHTS
We have had a busy year! As it draws to an end, here is a little look back at some of our highlights.
We received our ISO accreditation!
Our two Barking projects: London Road and Hertford Road received unanimous planning approval.
We were thrilled that Josh Snell and Shreenidhi Srinath passed their exams and are now qualified architects while Zeni Williams Jones passed her ARB Part 1 and Part 2 and is now qualified in the UK.
We have welcomed seven new lovely permanent staff members: Agnes, Hui chi, Angie, Avantika, Faiza, Valentina and Zeni.
Two of the team were promoted: Nico Guillen to Senior Architect and Claudia Monteriso to Project Architect.
We had some great outings and parties: Margate, Tate Modern, V&A Storehouse, karaoke, the Globe, life drawing, pumpkin carving and a collage workshop for the LFA.
We won several awards: Salus Healthy City Design Award for Homestead; Brent Cross Town won the 'Neighbourhoods and Areas' category at the NLA Awards while Old Kent Road was commended in the ‘Masterplans & Place Strategies’ category.
We also won innovation R&D funding from Catapult’s Connected Places for River Roding Health Corridor.
We have been shortlisted for Clapham Gateway design competition and are working on our submission for phase 2 of the competition.
Our director Adam Peavoy became a Trustee at Wysing Arts Centre in Cambridge
There have been two staff marriages – Laura’s in Majorca and Henry’s in Scotland - and Gianluca had a baby named Caesar (pronounced: Chay-zah-reh)!
Our Health Centre at Hendon Waterside is very, very near completion.
We have received Gateway 2 approval for Bollo Lane Phase 1 in Acton – Barratt’s first Gateway 2 submission for an HRB.
And finally, we are proud to be delivering the largest Passivhaus project in the country for Bollo Lane Phase 2 and also part of the UK NZC Building Standards pilot scheme.
