We are delighted to announce that the West Hendon Development Phase 4, developed by Barratt London, has received a Building for a Healthy Life Accreditation.

To date we have recently completed Blocks K1, K2 and H1. We are currently working on the delivery of H2 and M3-M4 houses, as well as a new set of applications for phases 5&6.

Block H1 is composed of two interlocking parts. The ‘holder’, which anchors the street corner and folds down to mark the entrance and forms a base, and the ‘end-stop’ which is encrusted with an offset grid of staggered balconies, benefitting from the Southwest orientation to create a strong play of shadows.

The gallery access is used to prioritise the sunny frontages, thus creating an arcaded façade onto Milton Rd and forming a courtyard garden space to the rear.
