Al Rayyan Gate sets out a vision for a new green community in Doha, anchored by connectivity, mixed use and place-making. The masterplan brings together a cluster of low-density development parcels that operate as a symbiotic urban ecosystem.

Shops, cafés, schools, mid-income housing and research workspaces are integrated with key city assets including the Al Rayyan World Cup Stadium, a new Metro station, the National Wedding Hall and the Mall of Qatar. Together, they form a balanced and highly connected neighbourhood in which uses reinforce one another, unlocking shared value and creating a sustainable, future-focused community.
